Return Merchandise Authorization

We will accept Change Of Mind returns on new, unopened products within 7 days of receipt of your product delivery. We will provide you with a full refund or a credit per your preference less any freight costs. The cost of shipping the product back to us is your responsibility and expense. If the product is not returned in proper packaging, or in new condition a minimum of 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited. All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back, and have RMA number included with the packing slip on the outside of the box. We will refuse any product without an RMA. An RMA will be considered invalid if the product isn’t received within 20 days in the Fitness + Recreation Equipment Canada warehouse.

Any product defect must be recorded in writing by Fitness + Recreation Equipment Canada within the first 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit or refund. Outside of the first 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product warranty.
